IEC Contactor-3 Pole-9 AMP (AC3)

The BF09 series of 3 pole IEC contactors with either an AC or DC coil are compact at only 45mm wide and offer secure mounting on standard 35mm DIN rail. The BF09 IEC contactor ratings include an AC3 rating of 9 amps and a maximum UL/CSA horsepower rating of 7 1/2 HP. The BF09 AC3 contactors have a 4-terminal coil design making it convenient to wire to the coil on either the line or load side of the contactor. A highly conductive auxiliary contact is incorporated internally and is available with either a N.O. or N.C. contact. Up to 4 auxiliary contacts can be snap mounted to this IEC contactor without the need for installation tools. In addition to the auxiliary contacts the BF09 9 amp IEC contactor accepts a thermal overload relay making it ideal for IEC motor starter applications. The dc coil model comes with a built in surge suppressor. Agency approvals for this 3 pole contactor include cULus Listing to UL508 standards, making them perfect for industrial panel and equipment use. Other sizes and models are available upon request.
